WE ARE BASED IN MICHIGAN so there will likely be some degree of surface oxidation (rust) on these late-model used parts. Seeing rust is NOT a valid reason for return as we take careful pictures of the parts to show what you are buying, what you see is what you will get. Important Information about Transmission Warranty

Transmissions come with a standard 30-Day Money Back Guarantee unless otherwise stated.

 (Warranty applies to parts that arrive defective/damaged or become defective within the warranty period)

What is Covered:     Transmission warranties are limited to defects in the transmission case/bellhousing and all internal components (unless mentioned in the NOT Covered section below). What is NOT Covered or Guaranteed to be included:     It is the responsibility of the installer to replace the radiator or transmission oil cooler, flush the transmission oil cooling lines, fill differential, adjust shifter mechanisms, replace external switches sensors & solenoids, replace all filters, replace all seals, replace pan gaskets and Relearn, Reset or Replace computers and clear all codes when installing a transmission. Re-learning or resetting the Transmission to the vehicle may involve towing (Not Driving) to a dealership of same manufacturer in order to be performed. In certain types of Transmissions the TCM (transmission control module) is incorporated with the Valve body which may require the valve body to be replaced. Transfer cases are not included with transmission from AWD vehicles. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostic, towing or rental car costs.

Installation Check List:

 (Failure to complete the following will void Warranty)

  • Determine why the original transmission failure occurred and make appropriate repairs.

  • Ensure this transmission is the same application as the one being replaced.

  • Remove oil pan and replace filter.

  • Remove torque converter bracket.

  • Replace front seal.

  • Properly install and index the torque converter completely into the front pump.

  • Inspect and replace rear seal as needed.

  • Change over sensors as needed.

  • Flush the transmission cooler lines and radiator with a power flush machine or with an aerosol Cooler Flush Kit. This will ensure the cooling system is flowing.

  • Remove all cap-plugs from lines and orifices.

  • Clear all transmission computer codes in the vehicle prior to starting or operating.

  • Fill the transmission with the OEM recommended fluids.

  • Verify the differential portion of the transmission is full of fluid.

  • Most 4WD & some 2WD vehicles must re-learn the shift logic to the transmission after installation. You may verify with your local dealer if a re-learn is required for your vehicle. We do not reimburse for this service.

Please contact us before returning a transmission so that we may assess and/or diagnose the problems with the transmission/your vehicle to approve a valid return.

***SEND US YOUR VIN BEFORE PURCHASING so we can confirm 100% correct fitment for your vehicle. SHIPS TO COMMERCIAL BUSINESS ADDRESS ONLY! SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST HAVE FORKLIFT OR OTHER APPROPRIATE MEANS FOR UNLOADING SEMI-TRAILER. THE SEMI-TRAILER WILL NOT HAVE A LIFT GATE SO YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFELY UNLOADING THE ITEM - FREIGHT CARRIERS WILL NOT LET YOU UNLOAD THE ITEM BY HAND EITHER. IF THE FREIGHT COMPANY HAS TO RE-DELIVER THE ITEM USING A LIFTGATE, WE WILL HAVE TO SEND YOU A PAYPAL INVOICE FOR THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT (UP TO $245.00 additional). If you request the use of a liftgate at the actual delivery (when the shipment is arriving to your shipping address) it is a breach of our shipping terms and agreement and we will have to charge you for it. Freight companies only use the liftgate when it is requested by the shipper or consignee (receiver), they do not use the liftgate without a request. If you need a liftgate service, we will have to negotiate a price beforehand and send you an additional invoice via Paypal.

Commercial Business address REQUIRES A VALID BUSINESS NAME & PHONE NUMBER. Lack of a valid business name and phone number will delay your order.

Your transmission will come on a wooden pallet in a semi-trailer and a forklift or other means will be required at the delivery address to unload (Loading dock is preferred).

If you do not have a commercial business address that you can use for delivery, please ask us, as we have several hubs around the country where we can ship the item to, and you can pick it up when it arrives.

  • When choosing this option, customer pickup is required within 48 hours of the item’s arrival at the destination terminal (after tracking has confirmed arrival). Please reach out to the Freight Company to schedule pickup; DO NOT just show up at the terminal to pick up your item after tracking indicates it has arrived.
  • We will coordinate a terminal that is closest to you before we ship your item, and we will provide the necessary tracking information for you to monitor, and schedule pick up with. If a suitable pick up location for you is not found and you do not have a valid commercial business to ship to, we will likely have to cancel your order.
  • Please provide a VALID, working phone number. If the Freight Company cannot contact you at the number provided, they may dispose of your item within 3 business days.

We CAN ship to a residential address, but price must be discussed PRIOR TO PURCHASE as it would result in Residential Delivery & Liftgate fees, which would cost an estimated $275 additional at current freight prices. While we respect and appreciate home-based small business, we are unable to use a residential small business address as a commercial address currently.

***In the unlikely event of a freight delivery item being damaged in-transit, it is extremely important for you to refuse the delivery of the item, inform the driver of the damage, and contact us immediately via messenger with photos of the damage. DO NOT OPEN A CASE AGAINST US. By signing the POD (Proof of Delivery) you're accepting the item in its current condition***

  • We ship everything fully insured and if you refuse the shipment, we can file a claim on the freight item and issue a refund on the order. If you sign the proof of delivery, you're accepting the shipment regardless of damage and YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

Local pick-up at our facility can also be arranged but must be discussed PRIOR TO PURCHASE. On most listings, we will have to change/update the listing with the Local Pickup option. Just send us a message if you are interested in this option.
