This listing is for a reconditioned connecting rod for the Early 2.8 GM 1980-1985 with the piston pin end measuring 1-inch wide as opposed to the later width of .850 (as shown in the picture).
Guaranteed to be in like new condition. All rods have been taken from good running motors, thoroughly cleaned and inspected for bend/twist and sized on the big end using Sunnen equipment. On the piston pin end, press-fit rods are checked for sufficient interference, and free-floating rods with bushings are replaced when necessary and checked to be in spec.
